Refund policy

Effective 17 May 2026. Refunds for Marivex subscriptions and add-on purchases.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the day of charge. Annual subscriptions can be refunded pro-rata if cancelled within 30 days of the original charge. Cancellations after 30 days stop further billing but no past charges are refunded.

Add-on purchases (domains, AI credits)

Custom-domain purchases are non-refundable once registered with the registrar. Unused AI credits expire 12 months after purchase and are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Write to billing@marivex.ai with your account email and order ID. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
