Do customers need to log in to book?
No. Booking works without an account. They enter name, phone, email; we send them a confirmation by WhatsApp and email.
What happens if a customer pays a deposit and cancels?
You set the refund window in your admin console — 24h, 48h, 7 days, or no-refund. Razorpay processes the refund in 5–7 business days.
Does it handle GST?
Yes. Invoices are GST-compliant with your GSTIN. HSN/SAC codes are configurable per service.
