“A courtyard wedding in Jhajuha where the afternoon light did most of the work.”
A single-specialist fertility clinic template that publishes its own numbers.
A careful, medically credible template for boutique IVF and fertility-medicine practices led by one senior reproductive endocrinologist. Deep slate + terracotta blush palette, quarterly-updated age-banded success rates, three transparent care packages (consultation / IVF cycle / bespoke plan), a real three-cycle case study, and a first-consultation enquiry form. Built for single-specialist clinics at the ₹1.5–₹4 L per-cycle band — not for high-volume hospital chains.

The clinic
A photograph is the most honest thing you can put on a clinic website. Below is the consultation room you would sit in, the lab where the embryology is done, and the team that runs both.
The specialist
Dr. Sharma completed her MD at KEM Hospital, Mumbai, in 2007, and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, in 2010. She has been in independent practice at this clinic since 2011. She sees an average of six couples a day and does not do more than twelve fresh cycles a month. She teaches one module a year on the Mumbai University REI programme. She has published fourteen peer-reviewed papers, ten as first author.

Patients
“Dr. Sharma spent seventy minutes with us at the first consultation. She looked at every report we brought, she wrote her honest number on a slip of paper, and she said "twenty-two percent" before we had asked. Two cycles later we have our daughter. We would have chosen this clinic again if we did not.”

“We went to two other clinics before Dr. Sharma. Both had already told us we had a "very good chance" without looking at half of our reports. She told us the truth — that at forty-one, our chance per cycle was closer to eleven percent than to what we had been quoted. We did not conceive. We are grateful, still, that we did not spend twelve lakhs believing something we were not told plainly.”

“The most useful thing was the second-opinion consultation. We had a plan drawn up by another clinic — three cycles, forty-five days apart, ICSI everything. Dr. Sharma looked at the plan and said the frequency was aggressive for my body and the ICSI was probably not needed for my husband. We went back to the first clinic with better questions and a slower calendar.”

Before you book
Published every quarter on the numbers page and quoted here for reference — clinic-wide live-birth rate per fresh embryo transfer, last twelve months: 42% for patients under 35, 31% for 35–37, 22% for 38–40, and 11% for 41–42. These numbers are not adjusted for BMI, AMH, or male factor; your personal number will be different, and Dr. Sharma will quote you your own at the first consultation.
The honest answer is: we do not know at the first consultation. Around 55% of our couples under 38 conceive within two cycles; that number drops for older age bands. Dr. Sharma will not sell you a "package of three cycles" up front. Each cycle is decided at the review conversation that follows the previous one.
A single IVF cycle at our clinic is ₹2,25,000 all-inclusive, plus 18% GST. Additional frozen embryo transfers, if you have blastocysts to freeze, are ₹65,000 each. ICSI adds ₹35,000; PGT-A adds ₹95,000. There are no surprise charges at monitoring visits. Our billing is itemised and given in writing before you start.
Yes — and about 20% of our first-consultation slots are booked for second opinions. Please bring every report from your prior clinic; Dr. Sharma reviews everything before the consultation, and the fee is the same as a first-consultation (₹3,500). About half of second-opinion patients continue with their original clinic, with better questions. That is the outcome we are aiming for either way.
Donor eggs, yes — through the two accredited banks we work with in Mumbai; the process is entirely within ART Act 2021 compliance and adds ₹1,20,000 to the cycle cost. Surrogacy we do not offer directly; we refer to two ART-registered surrogacy programmes we know well. Both are conversations that begin at consultation, not on the website.
Partial reimbursement is possible with Star Health, ICICI Lombard, and HDFC Ergo — typically 30–50% of the cycle cost, subject to your specific policy. We do the pre-authorisation paperwork in-house. Coverage varies; please share your policy at booking and we will confirm the reimbursable amount before you start.
